Running

A Group running and cardio exercise. We mostly run in the Bangkok's park, and sometimes we run between parks, and street urban run. Running can significantly improve physical and mental health. As a form of aerobic exercise, running can reduce stress, improve heart health, and even help alleviate symptoms of depression. Running also increase your overall exercise endurance and build your stamina, which helps us hike a longer distance and duration, with less stops and faster recovery.

Trail training

A day trip to the natural trails outside Bangkok. The distance is suitable for run or hike, you can choose to run or walk, also add weight in your backpack to train for a specific muscle groups. Hiking in the natural trail build the necessary skills you need for hiking the harder destinations. The same trail changes along the seasons. You will learn to solve the problem, improve the skills and gain experiences.

Indoor Rock Climbing

Rock climbing not only help you to get a bigger upper body muscle. Rock climbing is also the "High Intensity intervals" kind of exercise. It help you improve your balance, smoother body movement, flexibility and power. It also very fun and looks really cool on your Instagram posts.

Group Exercise

Group exercise takes place in the private studio or public parks in Bangkok. The variety of group exercise lay from stretching yoga, body weight group workout, High Intensity group training. The goal is to aim for the stronger, higher flexibility muscles groups that use for hiking.

Frist Aid Training

Ever worry about getting injured while hiking backcountry? We all do! The adventure in the backcountry trails are more dangerous than we think. A good preparation, having enough information, good teamwork and safety-first mind set are the best practice we apply when we go on hiking. When accident happens. It's critical that we know the basic first aid, especially those specific First Aid Training that are necessary for back-country hiking.

Hiking Trips

Turn your practice into the real life experience. We offer a challenge to difficult hiking trips, that you can try during the period of training. The range of the trip lay from just hiking to full stack back-country hiking. At the end of the day, it's safer to experience your new skills in the safe environment and supported group.
