For those who are just starting out, we provide hiking and climbing training that focuses on technique, cardiovascular fitness, and basic skills. This program is designed for hikers of all levels, including beginners and intermediates, who want to get ready for longer hikes in the near future.

This training will mostly take place in Bangkok for Basic Training Package. We will perform cardio twice per week and after match social event. On top of and nutrition plans and customized bodyweight training for hiking.

Additionally, you can purchase our Basic Plus training to visit a real hiking trail near Bangkok. We will give you the basic mountaineer knowledge, introduce to elevation gain, and self-management to preserve energy, water and more.

How it works?

• Each member will receive a digital copy of the Self-Training Programme manual.
  • A member will be introduced to a beginner’s bodyweight exercise
  • A walk-to-run programme to jumpstart your cardiovascular fitness.
  • Basic Dietary Guidelines
    • A plan was developed by a certified personal trainer for novice to intermediate level hikers and mountain climbers.
• Beginning of each month, members will receive a progress report (based on their self-evaluation booklet).
• Join our running events at
  • Lumpini Park (up to 2.5 kilometres) on Tuesdays
  • Greenmile (up to five kilometres) on Thursdays.
• Monthly membership expiration. Pay to maintain membership status.

How it works?

• Our Training Guide will take the members on the chosen trail on the badge.
  • There are six badges/locations available for selection.
  • Members may register for all six badges, regardless of order.
  • Each emblem has a unique degree of difficulty
  • The schedule for each badge is set, and the date will be revealed.
  • The trail will be introduced in detail to the member.
  • Members will learn the fundamentals of trail training.
    • Such as how to warm up and cool down, how to conserve energy on the trail, proper breathing technique, what to do and what to avoid, basic first aid, a packing list and packing instructions, and more.
• After completing a course, each member will receive a trail-specific badge
• On the specified weekend, members can return to the trail with our “self-guided” training for 800-600THB/trip. (Conditions apply)
• Members can return to the trail as many times as they like to track their performance.
